Job summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating business opportunities and building a sales pipeline. This role involves researching new markets, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling meetings that lead to qualified sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field; analytical subjects are a plus
  • Positive attitude and determination to overcome objections
  • Native or business fluent level in English
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting
  • Cold calling experience is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads and nurture relationships using various platforms
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers
  • Become knowledgeable about the company's brand and SaaS products
  • Conduct a minimum of 80 outbound activities daily, including calls and emails
  • Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads
  • Schedule demos with qualified leads for the Account Executive team
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the social media landscape

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Consultative selling approach to engage prospects

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a preference for analytical subjects
