About the role

Job summary

This role involves driving international sales in the Performance Nutrition sector, focusing on sport and health nutrition ingredients. It is a 12-month maternity cover position that offers a chance to work within a dynamic team and contribute to innovative product development.

Qualifications

  • MSc in business, marketing, or related field, or a nutritional/scientific MSc with commercial experience.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, marketing, or consulting within the nutrition, sport, or food industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a high drive for results.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English with excellent presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison to set direction for internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
  • Support sales development activities in the EMEA region by presenting ingredients and market trends.
  • Own a nutrition/application category, gathering insights and guiding project directions.
  • Facilitate NPD and concept ideation sessions with key colleagues.
  • Develop sales materials for key ingredients and concepts.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into relevant concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented with a passion for sport and health nutrition.

Education

  • MSc in business, marketing, or related field, or a nutritional/scientific MSc with commercial experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools relevant to the nutrition industry.
