Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinating role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in fashion and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with sales representatives and managers to ensure alignment and follow-up.
  • Place and manage orders in collaboration with the buying department, including details on colors, sizes, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate product and order-related information across various markets and internal stakeholders.
  • Support collection meetings, sales presentations, and related administrative tasks.
  • Monitor order flow, deliveries, and stock availability to maintain transparency.
  • Maintain sales tools, data, and documentation to assist the sales teams.

Skills

  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders across different markets.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in administration or business is preferred.
