About the role

Job summary

The role of Sales Coordinator involves working closely with the Sales & Partnerships team to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance guest experiences. This position is based on-site and requires a commitment of 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education preferred; experience in sales, booking, and customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments.
  • Commercial awareness and proactive approach.
  • Professional communication skills in both Danish and English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the Sales & Partnerships inbox.
  • Address general customer questions.
  • Schedule visits and activities at the venue.
  • Weekly inventory ordering for the bar and meeting rooms.
  • Assist in implementing data for a future CRM system.
  • Provide insights from internal and external data and organize this information.
  • Update and maintain partner agreements.
  • Assist in preparing relevant presentations.
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks.
  • Participate in customer meetings and site inspections in the long term.

Education

  • Relevant educational background preferred.
