Job summary

This position focuses on building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer retention. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers considering cancellation, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of the services offered.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to create a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to listen and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retention is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively work on retaining customers through needs assessment and customized solutions.
  • Engage in value-based conversations to help customers understand the benefits of staying.
  • Utilize advisory skills to turn cancellations into continued customer engagement.
  • Collaborate within a results-oriented team to learn from each other and celebrate successes.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a safe and positive environment for customers.

Education

  • Comprehensive training program provided, including a 3-week onboarding and specialized retention training.
