Sales Advisor (Part-Time)

Job summary

The Sales Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. This role involves greeting customers, assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising products on the shop floor.

Skills

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of store operations and customer service skills is a plus.
• Confidence in advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing.

Education

• Must meet one of the following criteria: be a full-time student, a sideline worker, undergoing vocational training, or a senior citizen.

Tools

• Familiarity with retail systems and point-of-sale technology is beneficial.
