Sales Advisor (Part-time)

Job summary

The Sales Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. This role involves greeting customers, assisting them throughout the store, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising products. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide high-level service.
• Assist customers at the cash desk and fitting rooms.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock on the shop floor.
• Merchandise the latest garments to enhance the shopping experience.

Skills

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of store operations and customer service skills is a plus.
• Confidence in advising customers on fashion trends and sizing.

Education

Additional Information

• Must meet one of the following employment requirements: be a full-time student, a sideline worker, undergoing vocational training, or a senior citizen.
• This is a flexible part-time position, with a contract of 8-15 hours per week, starting in October 2026.
