  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality, with knowledge of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Genuine interest in products and enthusiasm for sharing that with customers.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Proactive and action-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Open to feedback and eager for personal and professional development.
  • Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

  • Provide expert styling advice and maintain an engaging store environment.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, supporting the management team.
  • Analyze sales data and collaborate with leadership to enhance store performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to uphold service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including delivery and replenishment, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring memorable customer interactions.
  • This is a temporary part-time position with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
