Job summary

This position involves leading and managing Seminary and Institute programs within a designated geographic area, fostering unity and growth among youth and young adults in their spiritual journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in learning, teaching, and training
  • Experience in communication and resource management
  • Proven ability to support others in their performance and development

Responsibilities

  • Administer S&I programs effectively in the assigned area
  • Guide youth and young adults in deepening their conversion to spiritual beliefs
  • Assist individuals in qualifying for temple blessings and preparing for eternal life

Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resource management and organizational skills

Education

  • Relevant educational background in theology, education, or related fields preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with educational and training resources related to spiritual development
