Job summary

The role involves creating effective learning solutions for complex engineering environments, focusing on performance-driven learning initiatives. The position is based in the R&D Training Academy, where the aim is to support operational excellence and continuous innovation through targeted training.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Cognitive Science, Communication, or similar fields.
• Several years of professional experience in learning design and development.
• Strong background in learning needs analysis and solution design.
• Practical experience in scripting and developing learning content.
• Experience in a global or matrix organization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) to identify performance and capability gaps.
• Define tailored learning solutions to meet specific needs.
• Challenge existing learning methods and promote continuous improvement.
• Script and develop content for both digital and instructor-led learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex topics into learner-friendly content.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of learning initiatives.
