Job summary

The role of Education Artist involves delivering beauty education across the Nordic markets, inspiring retail teams and partners through training, coaching, and storytelling. This position requires a hands-on approach to create engaging learning experiences and support product launches.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in beauty retail, artistry, education, or a related field.
• Professional expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
• Relevant certification in makeup artistry or beauty education is a plus.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Experience in creating digital content and delivering virtual learning.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region (approximately 50–70%).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for retail employees and partners across the Nordics.
• Educate teams on product knowledge, brand values, and customer experience excellence.
• Coach and certify makeup artists and skincare specialists to maintain high standards.
• Develop innovative educational content, including digital modules and training materials.
• Deliver virtual training through online platforms.
• Represent the brand at events and activations.
• Adapt global education content for local relevance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Build relationships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
