Training Specialist

Job summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and delivery of training programs for warehouse operators and leadership, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), safety, and onboarding processes. You will support various projects at logistics sites, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong personality capable of engaging with both operational and management levels.
• Independent contributor with a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute training sessions both on-site and online.
• Continuously improve training materials and assess their effectiveness.
• Manage and track training records using Power BI and databases.
• Train key and end-users on processes and functionalities.
• Create and maintain functional designs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Provide training support and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and standardization to internal and external parties.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to anticipate project needs.

Skills

• Proficiency in one or more WMS.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Proficient in English; Danish skills are a plus.
• High level of independence and self-motivation.
• Comfortable presenting to an audience and articulating opinions.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• SQL and Power BI proficiency is advantageous.
