Job summary

The Rheology Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the commercial success of the rheology product line in the EMEA region. This role involves acting as a subject-matter expert, enabling the sales team, and engaging with key customers to execute effective go-to-market strategies. The position is fully remote and plays a crucial role in a growing area of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in selling rheology or similar analytical instrumentation.
  • Experience in implementing go-to-market strategies within a complex organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills to connect technical knowledge with commercial impact.
  • Background in product marketing, including messaging and customer-facing materials.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and influence product requirements.
  • Proficiency in local language and English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and enable the sales team to effectively sell the rheology product portfolio.
  • Engage directly in opportunity development, technical qualification, and customer consultations to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop strategies for new product launches.
  • Drive opportunity creation through customer visits and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Work with key opinion leaders to enhance market presence and product positioning.
  • Monitor and communicate product performance, market feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events.

Education
