Job summary

The Reward Partner will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reward strategies and initiatives within a designated business area or country. This position involves collaborating with senior executives and People professionals to ensure compliance with pay principles and reward policies while managing annual pay cycles and union negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in an international or Nordic working environment, preferably in consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reward strategies and processes.
  • Manage annual pay cycles, including governance and budget oversight.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with unions regarding reward matters.
  • Gather business feedback to align reward offerings with business needs.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in Excel.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Tools

  • Familiarity with total reward products and processes.
  • Experience with job levelling and Mercer IPE grading is advantageous.
