RevOps GTM Engineer (Hybrid, B2B SaaS)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the revenue generation system through effective GTM engineering, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity. The position involves building and evolving the GTM tech stack while collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in roles related to GTM Engineering or RevOps.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling GTM tools and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the GTM stack, including architecture and tool selection.
• Ensure the GTM stack functions as a cohesive system across multiple departments.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team productivity.
• Develop logic for data enrichment and signal activation to optimize routing and prioritization.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Enablement teams to align GTM processes with system requirements.
• Work with BI/Analytics to ensure data reliability for reporting and decision-making.
• Stay updated on AI GTM tools and integrate new capabilities into the tech stack.

Skills

• Proficiency in modern B2B SaaS GTM technologies and AI-native platforms.
• Experience in building AI agents and automations in production environments.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of product-led and sales-led growth processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems is essential.
