About the role

Job summary

The role involves partnering with the EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to enhance operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The Revenue Operations Manager will focus on optimizing processes, systems, and reporting to create a scalable revenue engine.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and experienced with Clari; familiarity with additional GTM technologies like Salesloft and Qualified is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in building reporting, dashboards, and data models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings with evolving priorities.
  • Proven capability to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to EMEA GTM leadership, identifying operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Optimize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle for seamless transitions between teams.
  • Collaborate with Systems teams to enhance the Revenue Operations technology ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Improve GTM execution through lead routing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including process redesigns and technology implementations.
  • Establish best practices for CRM data quality and governance.
  • Contribute insights for strategic planning, including territory design and revenue forecasting.
  • Promote the adoption of Revenue Operations tools and processes with scalable documentation.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

  • Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, Qualified, Ample market, Power BI.
