Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing global retail operations, specifically in Sales Floor Excellence, by developing and implementing operational standards and tools to improve store productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on retail experience with a strong understanding of Sales Floor execution and store routines.
• Proven experience in implementing or improving retail processes and standards.
• Experience in coordinating projects, pilots, or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance global retail standards, processes, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify store routines and increase customer-facing capacity.
• Manage workstreams from planning through implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather feedback from stores to recommend operational improvements.
• Create guides and materials for store implementation.
• Monitor operational performance and contribute to KPI reporting.
