Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or similar roles, preferably in a multi-store or multi-market setting.
• Experience in supporting process execution, operational improvements, or project initiatives.
• Familiarity with Back of House operations and retail realities; hands-on retail experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and following up on established Back of House processes across markets.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, guidelines, and reference materials.
• Analyze operational challenges and support follow-up actions based on collected inputs.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators related to Back of House activities.
• Support communication and coordination of operational changes and updates.
• Facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow.
