Job summary

This position involves clean-room fabrication and quantum transport measurements of electronic devices utilizing oxide heterostructures. The role is part of an international project focused on advanced quantum devices and their unique properties at ultra-low temperatures.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Physics, Nanoscience, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in semiconductor processing techniques including e-beam lithography, metal evaporation, and etching.
  • Experience in device fabrication with both semiconductors and oxide materials.
  • Familiarity with low-temperature testing and quantum transport data analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Engage in clean-room device fabrication and support quantum transport measurements.
  • Contribute to the growth of advanced oxide heterostructures and nanostructures.
