Research Analyst (Equity Capital Markets, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the development of tokenized equity capital markets products from inception to launch. The Research Analyst will conduct due diligence, build financial models, and produce research to inform key commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in equity capital markets or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and public/private capital raises.
• Proficient in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality memos and presentations.
• Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes.
• Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgment.
• Familiarity with digital assets and tokenization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on issuers, vendors, and partners, presenting findings clearly.
• Perform fundamental analysis and develop financial models for product evaluation.
• Conduct market research to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Prepare internal memos and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor equity capital market developments and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage workstreams throughout the transaction and product lifecycle.
