Job summary

This role involves leading the Global Payroll Implementation team to ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of client payrolls across various countries. The manager will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll implementations.

• Significant experience in managing global or regional payroll implementations in a high-growth setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, including onboarding and compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and empowering teams.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
