Job summary

The role involves leading a sales team in Northern Europe, specifically in Denmark and Finland, focusing on driving sales and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Regional Sales Director will report to the RVP Sales and will be responsible for recruiting, developing talent, and collaborating with various functional teams to solve customer challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Enterprise sales teams within the software and security sectors.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in working with partners such as VARs and distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing sales talent.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team while promoting a culture of DE&I.
  • Address customer pain points using the company's unique value proposition.
  • Forecast business accurately on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and create development plans for sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation teams.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key partners to develop joint plans and drive sales opportunities to closure.
