Job summary

The role involves managing key strategic partners in Denmark and Norway, focusing on channel and partner sales expertise to drive growth in the region. The Regional Partner Manager will be responsible for executing the partner sales strategy, recruiting and developing partners, and ensuring alignment with internal sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in developing partner relationships within the SaaS/IT industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and a passion for building a regional partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Structured approach to business development.
  • Fluency in Danish or Norwegian and English.
  • Flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be based in Denmark or Norway.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the regional partner sales strategy, focusing on partner-sourced pipeline in Commercial and Enterprise segments.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners, fostering executive-level relationships.
  • Enable partners to establish a SaaS backup and data protection practice, coaching them on opportunity management.
  • Manage partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring revenue delivery against sales quotas.
  • Resolve commercial and operational issues to maintain partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Report partner activity, pipeline, and bookings accurately in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to inform regional strategy.
