Regional Market Access & Pricing Manager

Job summary

The Regional Market Access & Pricing Manager is responsible for developing access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies for innovative medicines in the North & Central Europe region. This role involves translating global strategies into local market realities to ensure optimal access and pricing outcomes for both pipeline and inline products.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health, or a related field
• Experience in health economics, market access, pricing, evidence generation, or reimbursement in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
• Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, HTA processes, and reimbursement frameworks
• Experience working in multiple countries and navigating complex organizational structures

Responsibilities

• Drive market access planning and health technology assessment (HTA) readiness
• Develop value communication and pricing strategies across various European markets
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Global Value & Patient Access teams to enhance patient access to therapies
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Skills

• Strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities

• Ability to translate complex evidence into compelling value narratives
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch/Flemish and/or French is a plus

Education

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
