Qualifications

  • Strong digital skills, particularly with sales systems and tools for scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a systematic approach to leadership, with a focus on constructive feedback and team dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor store operations and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure targets are met.
  • Support and guide store managers to enhance team performance, including recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Regularly report to the Country Manager, ensuring stores have the necessary tools and support.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as training, budgeting, and staff meetings, while ensuring effective communication through regular meetings.
