Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial, business development, or product leadership within Project Logistics or complex logistics sectors.
• Proven success in defining growth strategies and achieving commercial performance across regions.
• Strong understanding of product management and go-to-market execution.
• Ability to translate market opportunities into profitable solutions.
• Proficient in managing pipeline performance and pricing dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English and preferably another European language.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional MPL growth strategy to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline and improve win rates.
• Oversee solution design and pricing for complex customer opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and customer targeting.
