Regional Head of Business Development and Solution Design

Job summary

This role involves leading the execution of the Multi-Purpose Logistics (MPL) Long-Term Agreement across the region, focusing on growth strategy and commercial performance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance market position and deliver profitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial, business development, or product leadership within Project Logistics or complex logistics sectors.
• Proven ability to define growth strategies and achieve commercial performance across regions.
• Strong understanding of product management and go-to-market execution.
• Experience in translating market opportunities into profitable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and preferably another European language.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional MPL growth strategy to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline and improve opportunity conversion rates.
• Oversee solution design and pricing for complex customer opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and customer targeting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop growth plans and execute strategic initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Represent the business in strategic customer engagements.
