About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on driving partner-driven growth in selected regional markets within the crypto trading ecosystem. The Regional Affiliate Business Development Manager will engage with KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities to enhance trading volume and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Proven business development experience in crypto exchanges, futures trading platforms, or fintech trading products.
  • Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, and partner incentive models.
  • Existing partner resources in at least one regional market or trading community.
  • Strong understanding of crypto trading users and futures products.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous business development outcomes such as trading volume and campaign ROI.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate partners including KOLs, affiliates, and brokers.
  • Build and manage cooperation models such as rebate programs and commission structures.
  • Manage partner relationships to improve trading volume and revenue contributions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns and gather market feedback.
  • Create market maps detailing partner landscapes and user behavior.
  • Track partner performance and report on activation and campaign results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for market-facing campaigns and promotions.

Skills

  • Commercially driven with a practical approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to activate partners and generate measurable contributions.

Education

  • Relevant experience in business development within the crypto or fintech sectors is essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with tools for tracking partner performance and managing relationships is beneficial.
