Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment.
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence in conducting video interviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for evaluating candidate suitability.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple interviews efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with reliable internet and video equipment.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Lead structured role-playing assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills.
• Review open positions to identify required skills and characteristics for success.
• Assess candidates for professionalism and alignment with organizational expectations.
• Maintain detailed interview notes and candidate feedback in the recruitment system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine selection criteria.
