About the role

Job summary

The role involves ensuring the accurate receipt and storage of aviation parts in compliance with safety regulations. The inspector will verify documentation, part specifications, and quality upon arrival, and manage any discrepancies or claims.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a goods inbound role, focusing on quality control and compliance.
  • Forklift license (cat B) and experience operating a forklift.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections of incoming products to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Initiate claims processes for non-compliant parts.
  • Manage dangerous goods and export-controlled products as necessary.
  • Store products according to regulations and company policies.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant experience in logistics or a related field.

Tools

  • SAP (preferred).
  • Forklift and safety equipment.
