Range Installation Specialist (Field Operations, EMEA, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves hands-on installation and maintenance of sports tracking systems across the EMEA region, requiring strong problem-solving and coordination skills. The position demands significant travel and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 75%, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with international driving.
• Experience in project coordination and on-site installations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network setup and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site installation and maintenance of tracking systems.
• Map bays, targets, tees, and safety borders accurately.
• Calibrate systems and configure Wi-Fi access points.
• Train customers on system features and perform quality assurance on installations.
• Prepare and configure equipment for new installations and replacements.
• Provide timely feedback to Installation and Project Managers.
• Manage travel arrangements and submit expense reports.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with tools and power tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Relevant experience in a technical or installation role preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with Android touch screens and total stations for mapping.
