Job summary

This role focuses on the development, validation, and optimization of a topological quantum computer by analyzing subsystem performance and informing strategic decisions. Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field; or Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in large-scale data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, PowerBI).
  • Experience in building and maintaining automated data pipelines and cloud-based monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand subsystem requirements and characteristics.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for monitoring subsystem performance metrics.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and risks across subsystems.
  • Document and communicate performance results to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Partner with software engineering teams to enhance data analysis infrastructure.
  • Identify new metrics and collaborate on data pipelines and dashboards for subsystem health.
  • Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting through data insights.

Skills

  • Strong background in physics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for innovation and efficiency in data analysis.
  • Experience in an “AI-first” environment for hardware development.

Education

  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields preferred, with a focus on practical experience in research or industry.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, and PowerBI.
