Quality Specialist (Aerospace, Onsite, Switzerland)

Job summary

Seeking a Quality Specialist with a strong background in the Aerospace sector to ensure compliance and quality assurance. The role requires full onsite presence in Switzerland and involves supporting various teams with quality-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance within the Aerospace industry.
• Expertise in Part 145 and Part 21 EASA Regulations is essential.
• Must hold an active or former Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Experience as an Inspector or in practical auditing is required.
• Proficient in developing and writing handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit checklists.
• Review and update organizational manuals and technical instructions.
• Prepare and conduct internal training sessions and briefings on company procedures and technical topics.
• Perform internal quality audits.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance, Production, Design, and Continuing Airworthiness teams regarding licensing, authorizations, and approvals.
