Quality Lead (Data Centres)

Job summary

This role involves leading quality assurance processes for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards. The position is based on-site in Fredericia and requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants to uphold quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years in quality control or commissioning.
• Experience in data centre facility maintenance, operation, or construction for 5 years.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online document management systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred qualifications include formal QAQC certification and experience in managing large-scale mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client representatives to meet project quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants effectively.
• Plan and oversee quality control inspections both on-site and off-site.
• Conduct audits and field inspections as requested.
• Review and approve inspection test plans and checklists.
• Generate weekly quality reports for clients and manage quality activity plans.
• Lead QAQC meetings and ensure documentation is maintained in the client's system.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
