Job summary

This role involves supporting an AI language project aimed at enhancing speech recognition systems through quality control tasks. The specialist will review language annotation tasks to ensure AI-generated transcripts are accurate and adhere to project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient written skills in Danish.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and language conventions.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.
• Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare Display Transcription against the original lexical transcript and project guidelines.
• Verify correct usage of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, and abbreviations.
• Ensure preservation of original words and meanings.
• Identify and correct formatting or guideline-related errors.
• Use reference audio to clarify ambiguous cases when necessary.
• Apply project-specific quality standards consistently.
• Provide accurate feedback and flag recurring issues as needed.
• Complete assigned QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity targets.
