Job summary

This role focuses on transforming the development, planning, and execution of promotions across the Nordics for a leading beauty and wellbeing group. The Promotions Strategy & Excellence Manager will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer value, and operational excellence to enhance promotional performance and drive commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial excellence, or transformation roles
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities
• Capability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation for workflow improvement or a strong interest in developing these skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach with a balance of strategy and execution

Responsibilities

• Shape the future promotions strategy and offering
• Collaborate with Campaign, CRM, and Commercial teams to create effective promotional concepts
• Drive initiatives to enhance planning, coordination, and execution of promotions
• Identify and redesign inefficient workflows to improve effectiveness
• Implement AI tools and automation to streamline processes and support decision-making
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution
• Ensure campaigns are operationally efficient and commercially impactful
