Responsibilities

• Improve the end-to-end promotions operating model, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and manual processes in current workflows.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance planning and reduce complexity.
• Establish clear processes and roles across campaign, CRM, and commercial teams.
• Ensure strong alignment on priorities, timing, and dependencies among teams.
• Act as a connector to facilitate smooth execution and collaboration.
