Project Supervisor

Job summary

This role involves overseeing project operations in the wind industry, focusing on both onshore and offshore activities. The position requires a proactive approach to planning and resource management while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with electrical or mechanical systems in wind, offshore, and high voltage environments.
• Relevant technical degree (Marine Engineer, Electrician, or similar).
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and switching.
• Full driving license.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning and create service work orders in ERP (SAP).
• Support the planning and deployment of resources for projects.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site operations, including daily toolbox talks.
• Conduct completion checks of AWP’s and PWI’s and assist with any changes.
• Coordinate vessel transfers with local operations and maintenance teams.
