Job summary

The role involves managing project controls to create synchronized execution plans for data center construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and tracking of activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met from design to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or planning, preferably in data center or complex infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects, covering all phases from design to handover.
• Integrate procurement timelines for long-lead items into construction schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and identify risks and delays.
• Review external contractor schedules for compliance and logic.
• Prepare updated schedules and dashboards for program reviews and align with cost management.
• Refine planning standards and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of data center workflows and scheduling logic.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• A degree in a relevant technical field is required.

• Industry-standard planning tools, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project.
