Project Procurement Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading procurement activities within a global organization focused on advanced processing plants in various industries including dairy, pharmaceutical, and chemical. The position is based in Søborg and requires collaboration with engineering and execution teams to manage procurement from strategy development to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to projects.
• Manage supplier negotiations and communications effectively.
• Prepare cost evaluations and assist in project budgeting.
• Create and monitor purchase orders using Axapta/SAP.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project procurement.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Axapta and/or SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
