Project Manager - Transformation Implementation & Coordination

Job summary

The role involves driving transformation initiatives within a multi-year enterprise-wide program aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting future integrations. The Project Manager will partner with leadership to orchestrate cross-organizational projects, ensuring alignment and execution across Finance, Compliance, and S&OP streams.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic project management, or corporate transformation.
• Background in large B2B organizations, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or logistics.
• Experience in leading complex multi-stream projects, including large-scale transformations and ERP rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pillar Leader to define and maintain the transformation roadmap.
• Ensure visibility and control over project interdependencies, gaps, and risks.
• Drive alignment across streams and maintain progress towards strategic goals.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision dossiers for senior leadership.
• Implement governance structures and reporting cadences for the transformation program.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to facilitate alignment and process standardization.
• Support or lead specific workstreams during critical phases as needed.

• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to translate complex objectives into structured roadmaps and actionable steps.
• Strong focus on execution and delivering tangible results.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for executive audiences.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
