Project Manager (Special Projects, Remote)

Job summary

The Project Manager will be instrumental in transforming tailored product requests into organized and successful projects. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to clarify customer requirements and establish a solid project foundation, ensuring adherence to procedures and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a structured approach to organization.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and administrative tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in handling numbers and structured processes.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills in Dutch or French are required, with Danish as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer-specific needs into clear project requirements and structured plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine customer expectations and secure project foundations.
• Prepare professional quotations and maintain transparency regarding project profitability and risks.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, and product setups for major clients.
• Manage technical tasks including SAP order creation, BOM verification, and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with teams in Vietnam and Laos on production, samples, and project updates.
• Source and evaluate quotations from external suppliers and oversee sample development.
