Project Manager (Renewable Energy, Hamburg/Esbjerg)

Job summary

The role involves managing regional project activities for offshore wind farms in Germany, ensuring effective integration and execution of centrally driven projects on site. The Project Manager will coordinate maintenance activities, manage documentation, and liaise with contractors to support safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (marine, electrical, mechanical) or equivalent technical education.
• Strong business mindset and project management skills.
• Experience in operation and maintenance within the wind or power generation sector.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional project activities, including planned maintenance and corrective actions.
• Coordinate documentation, tools, and spare parts for annual service.
• Ensure execution readiness and manage site-specific documentation.
• Facilitate communication between site and central support functions.
• Review service reports from contractors and ensure required skills are understood prior to site arrival.

Education
