Project Manager (Remote, Europe)

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of expertise to oversee the deployment and optimization of ERP systems, AI initiatives, and business applications in a fully remote capacity across Europe.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Proven experience managing projects involving AI concepts, business process automation, or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies, as well as traditional Waterfall governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for enterprise application projects, including scoping, design, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Oversee the planning and integration of ERP modules with existing business applications to enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement AI solutions and automation tools in business operations.
• Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage expectations and drive user adoption of new tools.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, developing strategies to mitigate them while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies tailored to software implementation models.

Skills

• High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to C-suite stakeholders.

Tools

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations) is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools in project workflows is advantageous.
