About the role

Job summary

As a Project Manager in Group PMO, you will play a key role in driving change and ensuring the successful execution of projects that support the organization's transformation journey. You will be part of a collaborative project management team responsible for delivering high-quality project execution and governance across various business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, drive, and execute cross-functional projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and workshops.
  • Prepare project documentation and steering materials.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and delivery frameworks.
  • Be accountable for reporting and progress transparency.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management disciplines and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with IT, infrastructure, or AI projects (hands-on or as a PM).
  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear actions, plans, and stakeholder communication.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ownership of tasks.

Education

  • Relevant degree or certification in project management is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
