Project Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves creating and managing project plans to optimize team utilization and drive cross-team collaboration. The Project Manager will work closely with Product teams to translate objectives into actionable plans and coordinate deliverables from external partners.

Qualifications

• Must be based in EU timezone
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred
• Proven experience managing teams within a scrum framework
• Experience defining business requirements from a customer perspective in software development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans for team impact
• Lead cross-team collaboration for initiatives spanning multiple teams
• Manage ticket creation and roadmap support
• Assign resources and schedule project tasks
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in team performance
• Provide accurate status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate team ceremonies and meetings
• Resolve production issues efficiently

Education
