About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the establishment of a new Project Management Office (PMO) for Parallel Import and Clinical Trial Services businesses across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. The Project Manager will drive strategic and operational projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and PMO standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, management consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to implementation across PI markets and CTS.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with strategic priorities and governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive project progress across various markets and functions.
  • Provide support with project management methodologies, templates, and tracking tools.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes and tools.
  • Capture learnings from completed projects to strengthen future project management practices.
