Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical engineering company is seeking multiple Project Managers for its newly formed Digital Project Management Department. The role involves managing digital and AI-driven initiatives to enhance the design and delivery of pharmaceutical facilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in engineering, IT, computer science, data science, or software engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex projects with a strong grasp of project execution and agile methodologies.
• Experience with digital solutions, data, or AI-related projects.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in pharmaceutical (GMP) or engineering sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication structures for project teams.
• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT developers.
• Develop standards, templates, and best practices within the department.
• Facilitate the scaling of solutions across projects and departments, collaborating closely with IT and teams in India.
