Job summary

Manage global upgrade projects for spray drying plants, enhancing efficiency for clients in the dairy, food, pharma, and chemical sectors. Collaborate with a specialized service team to implement both long-term upgrades and urgent service tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills with a technical background.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
• Experience in service and support, preferably in an international context.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 30-60 days per year.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries for upgrade solutions via a global CRM system.
• Manage tenders and ensure successful project conversions.
• Collaborate closely with local offices to deliver upgrade projects.
