Job summary

This role involves leading cross-functional projects that bridge new product development and commercial opportunities within the Diagnostics sector. The project manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure customer needs are effectively translated into actionable solutions, driving clarity, speed, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Initial experience in project work or project management
• Familiarity with software development is a plus
• Interest in both product development and commercial topics

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among R&D, operations, QA/RA, supply chain, product management, and commercial teams
• Create and maintain structured project plans, ensuring visibility on progress and milestones
• Convert customer needs and market opportunities into actionable project scopes
• Work closely with product management and key account managers to prioritize customer understanding
• Lead NPD projects through the development process, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and commercial areas
• Support decision-making with structured recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution across the value chain
